At least 58 people died nationwide during days of frigid winter storms that have left many roads impassable, disrupted vaccine distribution, and blanketed nearly three-quarters of the continental United States in snow. The worst damage was in Texas, where the storm overwhelmed the power grid, causing rolling blackouts and problems with the water supply. For a week (February 15th - 19th, 2021), I documented the storm that changed many lives in Dallas, Texas.
